How to internationalize Brazilian content?

Presentation by Monica Sufar, entertainment business consultant for the American Latin market:

 

This presentation will trace the paths for the internationalization of the Brazilian content in the Latin American market, since its creation, the choice of the ideal partner, source of investment, licensing, distribution and commercialization.

​

Monica had a corporate executive career for over 15 years in the entertainment business. She started at HBO Brasil in the Sao Paulo offices. Soon after, she was invited to establish the programming department in Miami and moved to the United States. After almost 8 years, Monica took a programming and acquisition position at Turner Networks, in Atlanta. This job quickly expanded to development and local content production. A few years back, Monica made one more move, this time to Los Angeles. Since then, she’s been working in different aspects of the industry, ranging from theatrical production to television development, and almost always involving her Latin America background. Her main client today is WarnerMedia.
